About Format
Most of our games are in NTSC J format which may not be worked on other formated systems such as PAL and NTSC US.
Please do check your system format before purchasing. We cannot accept canceling order based on the format error.
About Shipping
All items are sent by JAPAN POST ( USPS in US )
The item will be sent to you in around 1-4 working days after payment.
Normal Air
2 to 4 weeks ( Tracking number not given and not exceed more than 2.0kg weight each items.)
Registered Normal Air
2 to 4 weeks ( Signed for and Register number given. Again not exceed more than 2.0kg weight each items.)
EMS Express
4 to 10 days (Trackable)
Tracking number will be received after two working days of shipment.
Book SAL Law Priority Air
4 to 6 weeks ( Tracking number not given. Only for BOOKs)
* The duration of all shipping method will be varied by delivery company matter.
Please note ; Due to without insurance method shipping, we cannot cover the damages or lost package
the item by sending SAL and Normal Air.
About Item Condition
Unless stating Brand New one, the item is used second hand.
We state A-B-C-D-E condition rate.
A stands for - New or as new condition. Basically no obvious scratches.
B stands for - In good condition no major damage. But some scratches, bend or minor faded.
C stands for - In acceptable condition. One or two clear damages or cracks.
D stands for - In deteriorated one. three or more obvious damages around.
E stands for - In workable only. Please do not expect anything better.
About return or cancel
1)If the item does not work or obviously different from the one we listed, please let us know as soon as possible.
We can react either refunding or replacing the item.
Item must be in its original condition and should be returned within 7 days of arrival.
2) Items must be returned before refund can take place, buyer will be liable for all postage costs
and return of goods in safe condition.
